I love the video, we actually still swaddle our 10 month old daughter. Oops we got her addicted, we are working on breaking this, but I am not too worried about it. All the things you just suggested are also outlined in the book Happiest Baby on the Block, a great book to read. Thanks for the great article, I am going to try to learn how to swaddle like that lady, I just wish it was actually that easy and I could do it that quick.

i remember very clearly, as though it was yesterday, even though it was three days ago, the first time snapdragon calmed to eye contact.
that said, he *hates* being swaddled, but he's huge and its hard to swaddle him anyway, even if he is only 10 weeks old. wow. that's double digits!

Great ideas! And being a new up and coming mom, they are very helpful. I found the video to be funny. The poor little babe looked like a pea in a pod! I absoultely can not wait. Which is a good thing since I hit 37 weeks today. <3
